Submission Guidelines

Instructions for Authors

The Law Review will consider manuscripts submitted by anyone from any part of the world. Manuscripts must be in English, unpublished, and submitted exclusively. Authors must specifically state that their submissions are not being considered for publication elsewhere. However, the revised form of a paper published in its draft form as part of a workshop, or conference proceedings, or working paper may be considered for publication. The authors may submit following any citation guide initially. However, accepted papers must conform to the Bangladesh Style of Citation of Legal Authorities (BSCLA). In the case of authors who are based outside Bangladesh, the student editors will assist them in ensuring compliance with the BSCLA Style Guide.

All manuscripts (except book reviews) must include an abstract of 150–200 words and five keywords.

Sincerely,
Nafiz Ahmed
